While fans were expecting fresh GTA 6 news to come from its developer, Rockstar Games, T-Pain has emerged as the source of some very interesting information about this sequel. This American singer and songwriter has claimed himself to be working on Grand Theft Auto 6; however, he did not reveal the extent of his involvement in the upcoming title.

This article will be taking a look at everything revealed so far about the American singer's involvement in Grand Theft Auto 6.

American singer T-Pain allegedly involved in GTA 6

A video of popular American singer and songwriter, T-Pain, claiming to be working on Grand Theft Auto 6 has been making the rounds on social media. While responding to a suggestion about his presence on NoPixel RP, the artist stated that he used to be on the server before he started working on the next Grand Theft Auto title.

For those unaware, NoPixel RP is a popular GTA 5 RP server. Among its members are many well-known YouTubers and Twitch streamers. Regular players can also become a part of this server, but joining it is not exactly easy.

T-Pain has claimed that Rockstar asked him to stop role-playing before he got involved in the next game. This is everything that the singer has revealed so far about his alleged involvement in GTA 6.

However, none of it has been confirmed by Rockstar Games or its parent company, Take-Two Interactive, as of this writing. That said, fans have been wondering what his role could possibly be in the highly anticipated sequel.

Some believe that he could be providing an original soundtrack for it, whereas others think that he might be featured in an in-game radio station. Interestingly, both of these suggestions are quite possible as Rockstar Games has done this in old GTA titles.

For instance, famous American singer, songwriter, and guitarist Kenny Loggins can be heard being a DJ on the Los Santos Rock Radio station in Grand Theft Auto 5 and Online. Therefore, it shouldn't really be a surprise if this title's sequel features T-Pain in a similar role.

More about his involvement in the next game might be revealed in the near future, possibly in GTA 6's trailer 2. This video is expected to be released in 2024.

The game is set to launch in 2025 on the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, so information like its pre-order and release date details can be officially announced this year, 2024.
