Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6 leaks and rumors have become incredibly common nowadays, and the latest one alleges that the title has been rated by the Australian government. Interestingly, a game titled "Grand Theft Auto VI" can indeed be seen rated MA15+ on the Australian Classification Board's official website. In fact, its production company has even been listed as "Rockstar Games."

However, fans are still divided on its legitimacy. Some believe it to be real and are now convinced that an announcement could arrive soon, but others are deeming it as fake. So, let's take a closer look at Grand Theft Auto 6's leaked ratings that have recently surfaced online.

Australian Classification Board's official website contains an MA15+ rating for a game titled "Grand Theft Auto VI". The classification date has been stated as April 2, 2023. Several other details have been listed as "Not Specified", but its production company has been mentioned as "Rockstar Games". This has caused some to believe the leaked GTA 6 rating might be real.

The re-rating of Rockstar's 2010 release, Red Dead Redemption, in South Korea was also leaked in a similar fashion earlier this year. The title's port for the Nintendo Switch and the PlayStation 4 was then announced officially in August.

However, it must be noted that there are other Grand Theft Auto 6 ratings on this website as well. Additionally, there are notable differences between actual ratings of Rockstar Games' titles and this leaked version.

For instance, the author and publisher are unspecified in the leaked Grand Theft Auto 6 rating but are mentioned as "ROCKSTAR GAMES" on Red Dead Redemption 2's rating page on the same website. Therefore, this leaked rating is most likely fake or a placeholder, at the very least.

Some fans are also questioning the MA15+ rating since Grand Theft Auto 5 has been rated 18+ by the Australian Classification Board.
