In a recent Reddit post published on Minecraft content creator PhoenixSC's subreddit, players discussed the game's new Google Easter Egg. Many were excited to play the minigame on Google that allowed players to progress through the game by breaking blocks and upgrading their pickaxe.

In the comment section of the post, a few players asked whether it worked on platforms like Windows or iOS. Some members of the subreddit confirmed that the minigame works on most operating systems like Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, etc.

"It works on IOS (just to let ya know)," one player confirmed.

"I can't get the easter-egg, i'm on desktop, help." another pleaded.

Many players pointed out how they can upgrade their pickaxes as they progress forward in Google's Minecraft minigame. After mining a few blocks at the top of the Google page, players can scroll down to find more blocks like stone, iron ore, diamond ore, etc. They can then progress into the Nether, where they will find Ancient Debris to craft a netherite pickaxe. The minigame goes all the way down to the End dimension.

Some Redditors were confused as to how they could upgrade their pickaxe. The community graciously helped those who were stuck with wooden pickaxes.

The icon will look the same as the game's icon on devices. Once players press the icon, the Easter Egg will be revealed and the minigame will start.
