Apart from the usual blocks and items that players can get in Minecraft, some have discovered bizarre glitches where they get something in their inventory that cannot be classified as an obtainable item or a block. These kinds of glitches and bugs have been in the sandbox game for quite some time, and are still plaguing many. Hence, they become a talking point whenever someone finds something they should not have in their inventory.

Recently, a Redditor by the name of 'Plastic-Depth-6760' posted two pictures of a weird bubble item in their inventory. In the first picture, they have it in an item frame, which shows two small bubbles that usually appear when a magma or soul sand block is placed underneath a water source block. Its name was 'time.bubble_column.name,' which was absurd in itself.

In the caption, the original poster stated that they received the item while making a stasis chamber, which can also create these bubble particles whenever the ender pearl floats on top of the water block. However, the stasis chamber never pops out a bubble as an item for players to pick up.

When it was explored in Minecraft's wiki, it showed that the bubble column is in fact an item in Bedrock Edition, but it is not obtainable in any way possible. Hence, this is most likely a bug.

Since these kinds of posts showcase bugs, and extremely unique and unobtainable blocks and items, they usually do pretty well in Minecraft's official subreddit. Within a day, the post received more than four thousand upvotes and comments. People discussed the bubble column at length, and how the original poster must have got it.

Some humorously and plainly mentioned how it is a bubble column and nothing else, sarcastically stating that it is completely normal to have it. However, some other Redditors explained how it was a bug in the Bedrock Edition that accidentally allowed players to mine the bubble column and obtain it as an item.

Apart from the bubble item mystery, one of the users appreciated how the Redditor created a Philippine flag to represent their country. The original poster replied to the comment as well.
