Michael Bisping has taken a stand against the cost of living crisis in England. ‘The Count’ has openly represented Manchester, England, during his legendary MMA career.

Now in his post-fighting career, Bisping is concerned about an ongoing issue. Good Morning Britain posted a Twitter video of politician Zarah Sultana with the caption:

“'There are a million children who are classified as being in poverty but simply don't qualify for free school meals'. Labour MP Zarah Sultana is trying to change the law to widen the scheme to ensure all primary school pupils in England would get access to free school meals.”

Bisping responded to the video by saying:

“Hold on, in England, if you earn over 7k, then kids don’t get free school meals? This is ridiculous and needs fixing asap. 7k a year is an insane bench mark. It’s nothing! In a wealthy county like England, this is disgusting. No child in England should be going hungry. Ever.”

‘The Count’ received various responses on Twitter. Nonetheless, Bisping’s reaction to the Good Morning Britain interview is another example of his love and passion for England.
