Tyson Fury weighed in on Francis Ngannou's potential boxing debut and what he thinks will transpire.

While speaking with Fight Hub TV, Fury spoke about Ngannou possibly fighting Deontay Wilder and his chances of winning the fight. He mentioned that the former UFC heavyweight champion is capable of knocking anybody out, but believes Wilder would get his hand raised.

He said:

"I just don't think [Ngannou] does [knock out Wilder], because I think Wilder knocks him out first...But again, Wilder's the type of guy who's like a piece of sh** kind of guy. So, I'd like to see Ngannou chin him, knock his back out, but I just don't think he would." [2:28 - 2:47]

'The Predator' is one of the most feared knockout artists in MMA, so it would be interesting to see how he would fare in boxing. 'The Gypsy King' added that he believes he didn't beat 'Bronze Bomber' up enough and mentioned that a fourth bout between the two shouldn't be ruled out:

"I just don't think I gave him a good enough beating in that third fight. That was a beating for the ages, I gave him some rattling punches but he obviously didn't take enough punishment. So, you know, don't rule out a fourth fight." [2:57 - 3:12]

Based on his comments, it seems as though Fury has moved on from a clash with Ngannou for the time being. But he could circle back depending on how he performs should he fight Wilder.

Tyson Fury opens up about boxing fights that never materialize

Tyson Fury opened up about highly anticipated boxing bouts that never end up materializing, especially when there is clear interest from fans.

During the aforementioned interview, 'The Gypsy King' stated that both fighters and their management need to be willing to fight. If one of them is not fully on board, the fight will never happen. He named his long-discussed bout with Anthony Joshua as an example of a fight that didn't come to fruition:

"You could say the same thing about me and [Anthony] Joshua. It's like we've been talking about doing a fight since 2017. No matter what deal I offer them, nothing ever seems to happen, so you just gotta let bygones be bygones and move on." [6:16 - 6:31]

It remains to be seen whether a fight between the two popular heavyweight boxers will ever come to fruition.
