When Mirko Cro Cop spewed heated words at Joe Rogan after being asked about featuring on his podcast

Joe Rogan has already hosted many a popular combat sports talent on his show, The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE), with numerous other up-and-comers dreaming of an invite to the acclaimed podcast.

However, it seems that former UFC fighter and Pride legend Mirko 'Cro Cop' Filipovic wants nothing to do with Rogan. In fact, the fighter seems to despise the UFC sportscaster.

In one of his vlogs in 2017, the former kickboxer turned MMA superstar dismissed all chances of him being in a future JRE episode. The Croatian added that Rogan was a very rude individual who had spoken ill about him on multiple occasions:

"He angered me, you know, he’s so rude, X times they grab me, start with something positive and then turn to something negative. First they talked that I was carrying millions of dollars in suitcases from Japan... Then someone who was with him on the podcast said that he was in some kind of a vault and saw it. What vault, man? The fighter explained that although Rogan was once very dear to him, the UFC color commentator has since gotten on his bad side:

"He always has something to tell… his hair would grow back if I’d slap him, don’t even think about the podcast. He was very, very dear to me, but now his on embargo [ban] for me."

When 'Cro Cop' spoke about a prank he pulled on Joe Rogan

Mirko 'Cro Cop' Filipovic seems to have a prankster in him. During a 2020 interview with Podcast Inkubator, the Pride legend spoke about a hilarious prank he once pulled on Joe Rogan.

In 2009, while he was in Germany for a UFC match, the Croatian apparently tricked one of the rented car drivers the promotion had hired into thinking that he was Rogan to get a ride to the hotel he was staying in:

"I was finished with my fight... and I saw a Mercedes S-Class parked in front of the official entrance... with a UFC sign over it. I came to the car and saw some old Turk. He didn't know s**t about anything... and he pointed to me and said, Mr. Joe Rogan? I said, yes, Joe Rogan... He drove us to the hotel... He thanked me and went home.
