Josh Allen threw an awful interception during the game between the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins in the Wild Card round. To make matters worse, he then got into a fight with Dolphins defensive lineman Christian Wilkins.

A subsequent fight broke out between the two teams as the quarterback walked away from the situation.

Allen threw an interception, forcing a deep pass without the proper footwork or a window for the receiver to make the catch. As Wilkins started to block the quarterback to prevent him from tackling Xavien Howard, who was returning the ball, things got chippy between the two players.

The Dolphins are playing with their third-string quarterback while Allen is leading the Bills. It's not the smartest thing in the world to get into a fight with a bigger player and risk an injury in a playoff game.

It's not the first time Wilkins and Allen have gone after each other. During the Bills-Dolphins game in Week 3, Wilkins appeared to grab the quarterback's groin area.

The defender was fined $13,261 for unsportsmanlike conduct because of the incident.

What has Josh Allen said about Wilkins?

The quarterback did not hold back after their previous incident when he appeared on Kyle Brandt's podcast Basement. Allen said Wilkins had a rich history of such actions.

“I think anybody with two eyes can understand what was going on under that pile,” Allen said. “There’s some things that I didn’t appreciate down there that was going on. We’ll let everyone make their own judgments for that. He’s been known for that, going back to college, I should know that and shouldn’t let it get the best of me.”

In Week 3, Josh also ripped Wilkins' helmet and got flagged for a personal foul.

Whatever the history between these two players, the quarterback should not let his emotions get the best of him. He's the leader of the franchise and needs to act as such, especially when he's playing against a team without its star quarterback in the playoffs. He can't let these things slip through and affect his play.
