Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will enter his 18th season in the NFL this year if he decides to return.

During the off-season, Rodgers will contemplate either retiring or forcing a trade. There is also the possibility of him returning to the Packers for another season.

If Rodgers does request a trade or if Green Bay decides to trade him, there will be multiple teams interested in him.

Former NFL wide receiver Brandon Marshall revealed that four NFL teams contacted him this morning asking about Rodgers and the rumors.

Marshall said:

"What I know for sure is that there's, at least, four NFL teams that want in on Aaron Rodgers. How do I know that? Because they all called me this morning asking me, 'Brandon, please tell me it isn't true, it isn't so.' General managers, director of player personnel, [they're asking me], 'What's going on?'"

Marshall didn't reveal which four teams contacted him about Rodgers.

Some teams that could possibly be interested in Rodgers are the New York Jets, Las Vegas Raiders, Indianapolis Colts, and the San Francisco 49ers.

While Rodgers is still a top-10 quarterback, a team must consider many factors before possibly acquiring him.

Rodgers will turn 40 years old this December; therefore, his years in the NFL are numbered.

Rodgers has been a distraction the last couple of seasons. He isn't committed to playing in the NFL for the long-term as he's alluded to possibly retiring multiple times. He has threatened to force a trade. He has also wanted more control regarding the team's moves.

While Rodgers could give a team like the Jets, 49ers, or Raiders the opportunity to be in win-now mode, he may not be worth the price.

The Seattle Seahawks gained multiple draft picks and players for Russell Wilson, who isn't as good as Rodgers. The Packers could look to that trade as a reference for an asking price between teams interested in acquiring him.

As the days go on, we'll have a better understanding of what Rodgers will decide to do this year.
