Ray Guy has died. According to Yahoo Sports, the punter died Thursday morning. He was 72 years old. The long-time Raider played for the Oakland Raiders in two cities over the course of his 13-year career.

Looking back at the punter's career, many are wondering how many Super Bowl rings he won.

During his 13-year span, the pick by many as the greatest punter in the game played from 1973 until the end of the 1986 season. During that time, he was part of three Super Bowl-winning teams. The first came in 1976 when the team went 13-1 with head coach John Madden.

In the big game, Guy's team faced the Minnesota Vikings. The game was easily won by the Raiders by a score of 32-14.

In 1980, he was part of another team that went to the Super Bowl. This one was headed by Madden's successor, Tom Flores. After a 11-5 year, the Wild Card team pushed past all opposition en route to a 27-10 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

In 1983, he was part of another Super Bowl team. This one was also headed by Tom Flores. In the Raiders' third year in Los Angeles, the 12-4 squad defeated the Washington Redskins in a 38-9 blowout.

Since he retired from the league after the 1986 season, the Raiders have failed to win another Super Bowl, although they've come close three times. In 1990, the team reached the Conference Championship. In 2000, the team reached the same game. In 2001, the team got to the Super Bowl, but ultimately fell short. Since losing in 2001, the team has made the playoffs just twice.
