Former Tampa Bay and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady hung up his cleats this off-season and officially retired from the NFL on February 1, 2023.

While Brady retired last off-season and returned for a 23rd season, he said that he's retired for good now and is set to enjoy life post retirement. While there will always be rumors and talks of Brady possibly coming out of retirement, he has reiterated in many circumstances that he's not coming back to football.

One of his former teammates said he could possibly see a team that could reel in Brady and get him to come out of retirement. Devin McCourty thinks that the Miami Dolphins have the starpower to make Brady think twice about joining them.

McCourty said via Green Light with Chris Long:

"I'm not saying he's going to but I would not be surprised if he decided like yo, I'm living in Miami now. You just got Jalen Ramsay. They got a lot of things that can go right over there. If Tua gets one concussion, I would not be surprised if he came out there. Like, just knowing him, the thought that he can throw the ball to Tyreke Hill and Jaylen waddle. Like I could see him very excited about the idea."

Miami has a good roster and with the addition of Brady, they could become contenders.

Brady would be paired up with two of the fastest wide receivers in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Brady has never had that kind of speed in an offense that he's played in before.

The team also acquired six-time Pro Bowl defensive back Jalen Ramsey this off-season.

Brady now resides in Miami, so it would be convenient for him to join their team while still having time for his family.

The Miami Dolphins wanted Tom Brady so badly that they were caught tampering for him on multiple occasions

The Miami Dolphins' strong interest in Tom Brady resulted in them getting fined and losing draft picks.

Miami was caught tampering with Brady while he was under contact with the New England Patriots in 2019 and with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021. They were also caught tampering with head coach Sean Payton in 2022.

As a result they forefited their 2023 first-round pick, 2024 third-round pick, and owner Stephen Ross was fined $1.5 million.

If the Dolphins could somehow get Brady to play this season, it would make them a Super Bowl contender. Do you think Tom Brady will come out of retirement?
