WWE Raw 3rd November 2015- 3 things that worked

Cesaro finally won a match

Lynch was quite impressive during her match. It wasn’t one of the best shows that RAW has offered this year and it certainly doesn’t compare to what it was last week. But this week, all the stars who shone bright were the ones to hold the company on their backs in the coming time.No Orton, Cena or Taker or Lesnar. Roman Reigns is arguably the guy running with the baton, Rollins is the heel everyone should boo and Dean Ambrose is that one anti- hero you just can’t help but love.A lot happened this week. Much of it may not be important but it sure did have some impact. Here are the 3 things that worked

#3 Cesaro Wins

Cesaro finally won a match

Not only were Stardust and his allies The Ascension ringside during Cesaro’s match, the latter gave the one and only Stardust section some attention. This week Cesaro won a match via a sharpshooter making us all admire him and miss Tyson Kidd.

Also, he defeated one of the best heels there is in the company, who’s being viciously underused more than Cesaro.

The Swiss Superman gained a victory here which seems to be something that has evaded him for a long, long time. With this he finally begins a much interesting feud, it seems, with Stardust.

#2 Fight Owens Fight

Owens won his match against Ziggler

Owens had an impressive night. He was part of two matches and being who he is, he tends to seep in entertainment one way or the other and it’s such a delight to watch him share space with Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. Not only was it ‘indy scene heaven’ but also a moment of smarks celebrating this outcome.

He won a really good match against a really good performer in Dolph Ziggler and then encountered Seth Rollins backstage and formed a team for one night only and Rollins owes Owens one. Hope that doesn’t go in vain for Owens.

#1 The Divas Match

Paige won the right to be the number one contender to the Divas Title

Sure, it had its awkward moments, one of them strikingly being Brie Bella trying really hard to sell the offence near the turnbuckle but overall this was one of the better matches the main roster has provided on RAW.

And it was good precisely because it wasn’t a match between various teams. It had four divas shining, one after the other. Paige won, Brie Bella was good and Banks and Lynch provided a glimplse of what could be great in the future.

Lynch, especially, deserves better and it’s not at all been difficult for her to stand out and charm the audience with her wrestling and puns.
