Nole has been seen wearing the new range of footwear by Adidas – Barricade 7 – at Roland Garros 2013. Praising the shoe, Djokovic says that Adidas Barricade is indeed his favourite shoe and it suits his game the most. The shoe provides him with a lot of comfort for his dynamic movement while playing on clay and other surfaces. The shoe has an optimal weight which enriches also his performance. He also claims that Barricade 7 has indeed given him the strength to gain his first Grand Slam title on clay.

Vincent Montalescot, vice president of global sports marketing at Adidas, had this to say. It has been more than impressive to see Novak evolve into the world number one tennis player today.
