ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo, BLACKPINK's Jennie, and ILLIT's Wonhee top the April 2024 Individual Idol Brand Reputation rankings

ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo, BLACKPINK member Jennie, and ILLIT's Wonhee held the top three spots on the April 2024 Individual Idol Brand Reputation rankings list. On Tuesday, April 25, the Korean Business Research Institute unveiled the brand reputation rankings list using the big data acquired between March 25 and April 25.

The South Korean Idol and actor Cha Eun-woo ranked in the first spot in March and rose to the top of this month's solo brand reputation rankings for K-pop idols as well. With a score of 3,891,140 value points, "perform," "perfect," and "happy" were some of the highest-ranking phrases found in the analysis of keywords relating to the ASTRO vocalist.

BLACKPINK rapper Jennie ranked at No. 2 with a score of 3,473,456 value points and saw a significant rise of 14.07 percent in her score since March. Furthermore, rookie girl group ILLIT's member Wonhee secured the third position on the list with a score of 3,064,663 value points.

Cha Eun-woo held his first solo concert: 2024 Just One 10 Minute [Mystery Elevator] on February 17. He recently became the talk of the town after he performed in Jakarta, Indonesia on April 20. He also appeared as one of the main cast members of the MBC drama Wonderful World alongside Kim Nam-joo, Kim Kang-woo, and Im Se-mi.

Cha Eun-woo's brand reputation was analyzed in April 2024 through a media index of 819,772, a participation index of 954,092, a communication index of 1,017,383, and a community index of 1,099,894.

Other highest-ranking terms associated with the singer found through the analysis were "fan-con," "Just One 10 Minute," and "Wonderful World," as per Soompi.

According to the Korean Business Research Institute, Jennie's brand reputation was found through a participation index of 518,465 value points, a media index of 141,520 value points, a communication index of 1,009,668 value points, and a community index of 1,803,804 value points. Jennie is currently making headlines for her collaboration song SPOT with the South Korean rapper Zico.

Meanwhile, ILLIT's Wonhee's rankings were analyzed through a participation index of 915,382 value points, a media index of 710,054 value points, a communication index of 760,027 value points, and a community index of 679,200 value points. Wonhee made her official debut in the K-pop industry with the girl group ILLIT under the management of Belift Lab with the song Magnetic on March 25, 2024.

Previously, Cha Eun-woo topped the Individual Brand Reputation rankings list in March 2024, followed by Girls' Generation's leader Taeyeon and BLACKPINK's Jennie, former Wanna One member Park Ji-hoon and LE SSERAFIM's Kazuha, who comprised the top 5.
