WWE is hyping up WrestleMania 38 as the biggest event ever. They've loaded up the Grandest Stage of Them All with their two major titles in one match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar.

The company also has the two women it considers its top stars defending titles at the show. Charlotte Flair defends the SmackDown Women's Championship against Ronda Rousey. Becky Lynch defends the RAW Women's Championship against Bianca Belair.

Non-wrestling stars will also have a big presence at WrestleMania. Logan Paul, Johnny Knoxville, and Pat McAfee all have segments or matches at the event. WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin will also return for an appearance on the KO Show.

These are the segments and matches that WWE is hoping will make the Show of Shows the biggest ever. The company has ensured to hype up the show as much as possible by even adding the adjective "stupendous" to WrestleMania 38.

With several things are still up in the air as we are three weeks away from the Show of Shows, here are five unanswered questions heading into WrestleMania 38.

#5 In our list of unanswered questions heading into WrestleMania: Why has Alexa Bliss disappeared once again?

Alexa Bliss has come and gone rather quickly in 2022.
Alexa Bliss has come and gone rather quickly in 2022.

Alexa Bliss wrestled her first match back in WWE at the Elimination Chamber event last month. Before that, she hadn't wrestled since last October. Bliss appeared on RAW taking therapy sessions leading up to Elimination Chamber.

While she looked good on her return, Bliss disappeared from WWE once again after the event.

There are several questions that need to be asked about her disappearance. Where is she? Is she going to factor into something at the Show of Shows?

WWE still has the option of putting Bliss into the Women's Battle Royal at the Showcase of the Immortals, but is it really the right treatment of Bliss? The women's battle royal isn't exactly a prime spot for someone as talented as Bliss. Is anything likely to change before April?

#4. What role will Seth Rollins have at WrestleMania?

Rollins and Kevin Owens were unsuccessful in winning the RAW Tag Team titles. Owens has since shifted to hosting the KO Show with Steve Austin. Rollins, however, still has nothing on his plate with the show three weeks away.

The Architect is one of the top stars in all of WWE and is still probably penciled in for a match at the Show of Shows. But with most of the big names already taken, who will he face?

Could it be a returning star like some have rumored? Or will there be some other surprises from the Visionary come the Grandest Stage of Them All?

#3. Will Cody Rhodes return to WWE at WrestleMania?

Cody Rhodes' return to wrestling is the biggest story right now
Cody Rhodes' return to wrestling is the biggest story right now

One of the ongoing sagas of early 2022 has been the fate of Cody Rhodes. Rhodes was one of the minds behind AEW but departed from the company last month due to failed contract negotiations with Tony Khan. Ever since his departure, his next move has been a hot topic.

He was originally thought to be headed back to WWE, but negotiations have stalled, and now his immediate future is up in the air. Adding Rhodes to the card at WrestleMania would be a huge moment.

He'd be returning to the company as a much bigger star. He would also be the first big AEW star to join WWE.

#2. Will big-name part-timers like Rousey and Lesnar stick around if they lose at WrestleMania?

Lesnar is notorious for leaving active WWE duty after losing at previous WrestleManias. When he walks out of the Show of Shows empty-handed, he often takes time off until SummerSlam. He has been around a lot during this run, so he could be off of TV following Mania.

Rousey, on the other hand, just returned to active duty at the 2022 Royal Rumble. She won the match and is back for another run. WWE heavily protects Flair, especially at WrestleMania, so it will be interesting to see if Rousey wins.

It makes logical sense for Rousey to win as SmackDown desperately needs refreshment in the form of a new top champion and new feuds. Should Rousey lose, however, it could be another story.

#1. How will the unified world championship be handled following WrestleMania?

WWE has undoubtedly tried to position Roman Reigns as the greatest wrestler of all time. He's had a historic reign as Universal Champion and hasn't been pinned in almost two years.

Reigns has beaten WWE legends like Edge, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, and many others. The rest of the roster has suffered slightly due to his utter dominance. It is most likely now that another legend in Brock Lesnar will bow down to the Tribal Chief as the latter walks out of WrestleMania as the unified world champion.

But the question that remains is, what will be the future of the unified championship and the champion? Will the champion appear on RAW and SmackDown each week until he loses one of the titles? If Reigns wins, will he simply relinquish the WWE Championship since he perceives it to be below him?

Several stars such as Riddle, Edge, AJ Styles, and Rollins, among others, could use a run with the title. Putting it on one star just continues to pile on to the perceived superiority of Lesnar and Reigns. It doesn't sound like the brand split is ending, so hopefully, the double champion won't have both titles for very long.
