WWE News: Daniel Bryan responds to Miz's comments on Talking Smack

Last week on Talking Smack, The Miz retaliated to Smackdown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan’s comments that he was a “boring wrestler”. The passionate promo, which has been considered the best promo of the Hollywood A-Lister’s career, generated lot of buzz for Talking Smack.Last night’s episode of Smackdown Live opened with Bryan and Shane watching the clip of The Miz’s promo on Talking Smack, with Shane McMahon telling Bryan that he owes The Miz an apology. Bryan took a slight jab saying that it was ironic Shane said that when he has beef with Brock Lesnar, leaving things quite open to interpretation.Talking Smack is hosted by Renee Young and Daniel Bryan, and on last night’s episode of Talking Smack, the first thing Bryan did was to address the elephant in the room. He first apologized to Renee for storming off the show when there was still eight minutes of air time left.

He then proceeded to admit that what The Miz said was right, but he and the Hollywood A-Lister tend to push each other’s buttons.Bryan said that he would quit WWE if he had the “guts” to go back to the independent wrestling scene. He did, however, correct Miz when he said that he should go wrestle at bingo halls, and stated that he would instead be wrestling at “Tokyo Dome.”

Bryan said that regardless of the fact that he feels healthy, it is still a big concern, as he and his wife Brie Bella are trying to have a baby, so that becomes an issue if Bryan begins wrestling again.Bryan proceeded to state that The Miz pushed all the buttons, and that was the reason that he reacted the way he did. He stated that because of that incident, he and The Miz are not allowed to work together anymore.Bryan then stated that The Miz will be defending the Intercontinental Championship against Dolph Ziggler at Backlash. Ziggler had confronted The Miz in the first segment of Smackdown Live when The Miz was addressing his rant against Bryan a week back.

Ziggler told Miz that he indeed is a coward, and provoked him to come and fight. At first, The Miz walked out, but when he was further provoked, he furiously stormed to the ring before being stopped by his wife, Maryse.
