Legendary 23-year veteran has emotional reaction to Becky Lynch losing NXT Women's Championship at WWE show

WWE Superstar Natalya sent a message about the new NXT Women's Champion after this week's special NXT episode of 'Halloween Havoc'.

The main event of this week's show saw Becky Lynch defend her NXT Women's Championship against Lyra Valkyria. The latter had earned the opportunity few weeks back by defeating Roxanne Perez and Indi Hartwell in a number one contender's Triple Threat Match.

Both the women had an impressive showing during the match, as Lynch looked set to retain her title when she hit the Manhandle Slam. However, the resilient challenger kicked out at two. Valkyria then managed to trap Lynch's shoulders to secure the biggest WWE win of ther career. Natalya has now sent a message after the show as she praised the youngster's passion.

"I can feel Lyra’s passion for this coming through the screen — you gotta love this. And she does," Nattie shared.

Natalya, who made her professional wrestling debut in 2000, was earlier seen in action during this week's episode of WWE RAW. She faced the Women's Tag Team Champions, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, in tag team action, alongside Nikki Cross.
