WWE News: Renee Young talks about a possible wrestling career

Renee Young is extremely happy with her action figure

Since October, 2012 Renee Young has been a part of WWE. She made her on-screen debut on March, 2013 in SmackDown as an backstage interviewer. Since then, she has been actively associated with WWE’s social broadcast programs. Young has also made sporadic appearances at Total Divas but will be featured in the main cast of Total Divas Season 6.

Since her childhood days, Young wanted to pursue the career of an actress or a comedian but finally decided to work for a wrestling promotion. She has gained love and respect of the fans and critics for her hosting skill. As reported by wrestlinginc.com, Renee Young was interviewed recently by Planeta Wrestling, who asked her about a potential wrestling career. She replied :

"Not actually. Would I be open to slapping someone in the face and someone slapping me in the face? Sure. That would be funny, but I'll always be a hoster and an announcer. I don't really want to leave that nest,"

WWE has witnessed several announcers and managers who have later pursued wrestling career and were successful in that field as well. Recently, Lana, Rusev’s manager, also decided to step into the ring and take on some of the best women wrestlers in the world. Will Renee follow that path as well? This question will soon be answered
