Update on WWE NXT Champion Sami Zayn's injury

Sami Zayn won the WWE NXT title recently by defeating Adrian Neville in the main event of NXT Takeover Evolution and then was attacked by Kevin Owens, who powerbombed him on the apron. WWE has now updated about his condition on their official website following up with this ‘storyline’ injury.

It looks like he has been diagnosed with cervical & thoracic muscle strains and was observed at the Winter Park Memorial Hospital. Also the x-ray results of Zayn’s spine and a CT scan of his head were revealed to be negative. WWE is expecting him to return to action in another three to four weeks time.
