The upcoming debut has the wrestling world buzzing.

When All Elite Wrestling's debut show hits the airwaves on Wednesday, October 2nd, a good part of the wrestling world will be watching. Among the former wrestlers who will be watching is WWE Hall-of-Famer Edge.

He recently said on his Edge and Christian's Podcast of Awesomeness that he counts himself as one of the many people who is excited to see what AEW will bring to the table. Wrestletalk.com carried transcripts of his comments from the podcast.

What will the finished product look like?

AEW has put on shows like Double or Nothing, Fyter Fest and Fight For the Fallen. We have seen a glimpse of how some matches will be presented by the new promotion. We've also seen some of how they may conduct pre-taped promos as evidenced by their episodes of the Road to All Out and the Road to Double or Nothing.

Things will be going live, however, once AEW hits the airwaves for its debut. Since operation is likely to be done differently than it is in other promotions, Edge, and many fans, are highly anticipating just how AEW will put forth its product to the masses.

“And in terms of AEW, I mean what’s super exciting about that is we have no idea what it is even going to look like. Like what format? Like how are they going to do promos? There’s so many fun things to just as a fan, sit and watch and see. Exciting stuff, man.”

AEW does already have the wrestling part of its promotion nailed due to the phenomenal roster that has already been on full display at all it the aforementioned shows. We also haven't seen some stars like Sadie Gibbs, but she'll be at All Out.

A tall task?

While it is easy to put on shows that don't have to fit into a time slot, it will certainly be a challenge for AEW producers and officials to do just that. The members of the Elite like Cody and the Young Bucks are used to doing things their own way, but with TV officials to appease, it might take a little while for the show to be presented without any hiccups.
