WWE News: Mick Foley sends out tweet of TNA poster, Matt Hardy responds

Raw General Manager Mick Foley

Raw General Manager Mick Foley was scheduled to appear at the Days Of the Dead Horror Convention a couple of days ago at Louisville, Kentucky. To promote his appearance, he accidentally tweeted the TNA “Delete or Decay” poster:

Foley himself addressed his error, replying to his own post saying:

Easy mistake to make – they both look like horror posters and I just woke up. I could delete the other one..but it IS kind of funny right?”

When you ask a wrestling fan who is the biggest star of TNA is, the answer is only one Broken Matt Hardy.

Matt Hardy has always been in the backseat when a conversation about The Hardy Boyz, with Jeff always being considered the better and more popular of the two. However, Matt Hardy has gone through not one, but TWO personality changes. One was “Big Money” Matt, and the other, more famously, as “BROKEN” Matt Hardy, a persona which he is currently in.

He is always in character and has even done podcasts with Chris Jericho and Sam Roberts, completely in character. Both podcasts have gotten critical acclaim. Broken Matt Hardy refers to those who betray him as “Brother Nero”, and others by their middle name. For example, Chris Jericho’s middle name is “Keith”, so he called him “Brother Keith”.Anyway, after Mick Foley’s botched tweet made the rounds, Broken Matt Hardy had a response of his own, referring to the Raw General Manager as “Brother Francis”

What is next for store in Broken Matt Hardy? The sequel for the critically acclaimed Final Deletion will be aired this Thursday. It is called Delete or Decay. Here, the united broken brothers will battle the tag-team champions The Decay, which comprises of Abyss and Crazzy Steve, in the famous Hardy Compound. Another notable character from the famous Final Deletion, is Senõr Benjamin, who showed a preview for Delete or Decay, saying that he buries more people than Triple H.

TNA is definitely trying to squeeze as much juice as they can from the Broken Matt Hardy character, and from Final Deletion. Billy Corgan claimed that Final Deletion was his idea, and he is definitely going to play up on it as much as he possibly can. Let’s hope he doesn’t play it out longer and do a Vince Russo.
