What's the story?
After weeks of The Bludgeon Brothers destroying The New Day and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos, it's been confirmed that the three teams will collide in a triple threat match for the Championships at WrestleMania.
In case you didn't know...
The SmackDown Tag Team Championship match between The Usos and The New Day at Fastlane was ruled a no contest when The Bludgeon Brothers attacked both teams to send a message after months of dominating the Tag Team Division.
Rowan and Harper re-debuted back in October and it seems that they have left quite the impression on the division so far. The brothers have continued to target The New Day and The Usos over the past few weeks taking advantage of the injuries that they inflicted on the two teams less than a month ago.
Despite their dominance over the past few months, Harper and Rowan hadn't been given a shot at the Championships, until now.
The heart of the matter
This week on SmackDown Live The New Day took on The Bludgeon Brothers and after Rowan ensured that the numbers games would not become a problem, it seemed as though the Bludgeon Brothers were going to pick up the win before The Usos attacked and seemingly saved New Day from another vicious assault.
Harper and Rowan used their mallets to their advantage to ensure that they fought off both teams to stand tall ahead of their first shot at the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

The SmackDown Tag Team Championships will be defended in a triple threat match between The Bludgeon Brothers, The New Day and The Usos next weekend durin WrestleMania at the Mercedez-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on 8 April.

This match has been building over the past month and it seems that it was inevitable that The Bludgeon Brothers would be given their shot at the Championships.
Given how dominant this team has been over the past five months, it's hard to look past them at WrestleMania, but there is a reason why The New Day and The Usos have dominated the Tag Team Division for so long. So this will definitely be an interesting encounter.
