Al-Nassr star Alex Telles is set to put a signed Cristiano Ronaldo's jersey up for auction, with plans to donate the money raised for Brazil's flood relief. That comes amidst extreme weather conditions in the South American country, with torrential rains heavily battering Rio Grande do Sul.

The ongoing floods in Brazil have seen a minimum of 150 deaths, while 130 people are missing. It has also led to a severe homelessness situation, with approximately 600,000 people without shelter (via The Economist).

That has pushed Al-Hilal superstar Neymar to lend his help to the country, with Al-Nassr left-back Alex Telles joining him. The defender released a video on social media (via MSN) where he revealed that Ronaldo has joined the efforts by providing a signed shirt for auction. The amount the shirt could go for is unknown, though.

Neymar has been a part of the ongoing efforts to help in rescuing people whose homes have been affected by the floods. The Brazilian superstar has reportedly given his helicopter and private jets for use in rescue missions.

If you are top for 20 years, it's unbelievable. I do that and I continue to do that. For me, it's a big achievement."

He added:

"It's not easy to be at this level. To still push, to still motivate, to carry on, to score goals, to be in good shape, to compete with the young lions that are coming and that when they play against me, they want to show me that they are stronger and faster than me. You have to prepare very well not just physically but mentally, too. This is the challenge."

Cristiano Ronaldo has been fabulous for Al-Nassr this season, bagging 33 league goals in 29 appearances. He will expect to be part of Portugal's team for the upcoming Euros where he will hope to lift the tournament for the second time.
