The all-new Mega season is focused on the Japanese cyberpunk theme. In fact, the entire southeastern quadrant of the map is curated around this theme. The Mega City POI and its surrounding locations are filled with high-rise neon buildings, grid rails, cherry blossoms, and traditional Japanese architecture. Clearly, a season like this would have been incomplete without a Katana weapon.

Getting the Kinetic Blade in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 is not a difficult task. The weapon is available as a random loot drop all across the map, making it easily accessible. It's important to note that the chance of getting the Kinetic Blade is entirely random and depends on luck. Players will need to explore the map and collect loot to increase their chances of finding the coveted weapon.

So far, the Mythic Kinetic Blade is not available on the island. Given how overpowered the Epic version of the weapon is, players are eagerly waiting for a Mythic version. If the Mythic Katana (Kinetic Blade) in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 were to arrive, it would probably be welded by Mystica, as shown in the gameplay trailer. How to use the Fortnite Katana (Kinetic Blade) in Chapter 4 Season 2

Using the new Katana is extremely fun, and apart from its overpowered strength, it is also a really good mobility tool. Players can use the Knockback Slash on the Kinetic Blade by pressing the left mouse button. The right mouse button launches them far away into a dash attack against enemies. The attack has only three charges and enters a cooldown period after they've been used.

Unfortunately, the Katana would be useless against ranged projectile weapons. Thankfully, not only does the Kinetic Blade land lethal blows, but players can also use the dash attack to get out of the storm if they don't have enough time or heals left. This weapon can also be a great way to run away from brutal fights.

Considering its versatility and power, the Kinetic Blade is set to become a popular choice among players in the new season.
