Simone Biles enjoys time with her husband Jonathan Owens and family after podium training at the U.S Core Hydration Classic

Los Angeles Lakers v Houston Rockets — Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens makes the most of their time after the former's podium training at the Core Hydration Classic

The four-time Olympic gold medalist, Simone Biles, was recently spotted having the best of their time with her husband Jonathan Owens just before the Core Hydration Classic 2024 proceedings. This comes just after the conclusion of the podium training at the Core Hydration Classic in Connecticut.

Biles reached Connecticut on Friday on a private jet assisted by Owens and straightaway got into business. The 27-year-old pulled off a strong performance at the podium training as she showed off her immaculate skillset flawlessly even after a hiatus.

After the podium training the couple of Biles and Owens enjoyed their time together. Biles and Owens were seen in a restaurant enjoying some drinks and ice-creams. Simone Biles took to her Instagram to share some pictures from their outing. Biles also clarified that she was just having a mocktail and not any alcoholic drink.

Biles wrote on her story:

The upcoming Core Hydration Classic on Saturday will be a major tournament for Biles as it will be her first professional gymnastics tournament this year. The Texas native was last seen at the World Artistic Gymnastic Championships last season during which she produced a scintillating performance to further add gold medals to her World medal tally.

Biles will also be looking to secure her berth for the upcoming Xfinity US Gymnastics Championships, a major selection criterion for the US Olympic trials through the Core Hydration Classic. Moreover, Biles will be competing against Gabby Douglas and Suni Lee at the Championships.

This will be the first time in more than eight years that the trio will be competing in the same tournament. Biles, Douglas, and Lee were last seen together during the national championships in 2016, during which Biles emerged victorious. Eight years apart three Olympians will again be colliding paths to come out on top.

Simone Biles shares glimpses of her new under-construction house in Texas

Simone Biles and her husband Jonathan Owens are building their new house in Texas. The house, still under construction is expected to be the new residence of the couple away from their Houston house in which they are living currently.

Biles frequently shares construction updates of their dream waterfront house with her fans. She recently took to her Instagram to share some glimpses of her new house in Texas. Biles added in the caption:

The couple got married last year in Houston after dating for several years and ever since has been living happily. Even though they have faced numerous ups and downs in recent years, their bond has stood the test of time.
