The life of a WWE Superstar can be grueling with the busy schedule and the hard-hitting in-ring action. A veteran superstar has just issued an unfortunate update on his health and future.

Ivar has been pushed on the main roster and in NXT ever since Erik went down with an injury last year. The Viking Raider was attacked by Gallus at the end of Tuesday's NXT, and this injury angle was done to write Ivar off TV as he's legitimately injured. While he was pulled from potential title opportunities on WWE Speed and NXT TV, as of earlier today, the severity of the injury was still unknown.

Warbeard took to X today to clear up the rumors going around. The 23-year veteran confirmed that he is dealing with a "very serious" injury but has not had surgery yet. He also included a special message for the WWE Universe.

"There has been alot of misinformation floating around about me. Let me clarify: Yes I am injured. Yes it is very serious. No I have not had surgery. Still trying to figure out all options and what this means for my future. That being said, I Want to thank everyone for the out pouring of love and support, not only after finding out I was injured but thru out the last several months, I have heard you all! No matter what happens, I owe it to everyone who ever believed in me to do everything I can to get back in that ring, under those lights, and infront of the most amazing fans on the planet, see you as soon as I can!" Ivar wrote.

Ivar's last match was a loss to WWE NXT North American Champion Oba Femi on April 30. It remains to be seen when he will be medically cleared, but SK Wrestling will keep you updated with new information as it becomes available.
