She also Played 5 junior nationlas with 2 gold one silver and one bronze. She also won one youth Gold medal besidesplaying three all India university with one gold one silver and one bronze.
She has also played 8 Federation Cup three gold 3 bronze one silver medal.
Shiba had represented India from 1997 to 2009. and was in top 5 Asian Players ranking and was also the number three in the year 2001.Shiba won Bronze medal at shooting competition at Malaysia. She played with South western Oklohoma University in 1998.She also got an Offer to play for Ringwood hawks Melbourne in the year 2010.

She has attended Diploma Course for Olympism and Humanism at Greece (Athens) in the year 2008 and was Honoured to speak on behalf of the 98 countries taking part in the talk sessions.
