Nico Rosberg bagged Pole Postion during Saturday's qualifying session at the 2012 Chinese Grand Prix. Hamiltion qualified second, followed by Michael Schumacher.
Mercedes GP’s Nico Rosberg drove an incredible lap around the Shanghai International Circuit during Q3 on Saturday to bag the pole position of the 2012 Chinese Grand Prix. His lap time was 1:35.121, nearly half a second faster than Lewis Hamilton who qualified second with a time of 1:35.626. Hamilton will however start 7th courtesy of a 5 place grid penalty because of a gearbox change.
