Hologram is one of the newest sensations in AEW and he has taken the wrestling world by storm. Not much was known about the masked star before he came to AEW but he is leaving no stone unturned in trying to carve a niche for himself.
He moves around the ring like WWE star Rey Mysterio and also has the skills to take down bigger stars as was made evident during his match against Beast Mortos on Collision on Saturday. It looks like at this time, there is seemingly no one on the roster that can get the better of him.
In this article, we will take a look at three such stars that can hand Hologram his first loss in the company.
#3. Will Ospreay
Will Ospreay was booked as an unstoppable force when he made his AEW debut. He was so dominant and did not suffer a loss until he took on Swerve Strickland at Forbidden Door, where he was handed his first loss.
He is currently involved in a feud with MJF and will be having a match against him at AEW All In. However, after that feud ends, the Englishman can go after Hologram in his quest to hand him his first loss and he is more than capable of it.
#2. Darby Allin
Darby Allin is the darling of AEW. He has been there since the formation of the company and has faithfully stuck by it. He has faced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows and despite all that, he is still one of the top stars in the Jacksonville-based promotion.
Like the masked star, Allin is a high flyer and can counter his every move. On top of that, he also has the pedigree and the aura to pull off a win against the masked star and hand him his first loss.
#1. Ricochet can defeat Hologram
This rivalry writes itself. There was a lot of speculation that the person that was behind the mask of Hologram was Ricochet, but that was not the case. The former WWE star even came out and said that he was not the one under the mask.
There are a lot of reports that Ricochet could be going to AEW soon and having him take on Hologram in one of his first feuds, and thereby handing him his first loss could be a good way to book his time in AEW.
