#2. Hopefully true: AEW star Miro is ready to return
Miro hasn't appeared on AEW television since losing to Bryan Danielson in the finals of the World Title Eliminator Tournament at Full Gear last year. Previous reports have suggested the former WWE Superstar is nursing a hamstring injury, which has put him on the shelf for months.
Fightful Select recently reported that the former TNT Champion is now "supposedly healthy" and is waiting for creative to pull the trigger for his return.
We hope this report is true because Miro's return could shake things up in the mid-card division. AEW could instantly bring him back in a qualifying bout for the Face of the Revolution ladder match at next month's pay-per-view.
#1. Hopefully true: Kenny Omega set to miss the AEW Revolution pay-per-view
Like Miro, Kenny Omega has been out of action since Full Gear last year.
Dave Meltzer recently reported that The Cleaner has suffered a potential setback on his road to recovery and is now almost certain to miss the upcoming Revolution pay-per-view in early March:
"I’m not sure when Omega’s gonna be back," said Meltzer. "He had hoped to make it back for this pay-per-view [Revolution], but it’s probably not gonna happen." (H/T: Fightful)
We hope this is true. Although wrestling fans would love to see Omega make a speedy recovery, he shouldn't push himself too hard to get back on television.
On a serious note, The Best Bout Machine should give considerable rest to his body in order to fully heal from the frightening injuries he battled through during his championship reign.
Previous reports have suggested that Kenny Omega is nursing a torn labrum and has issues with his back, while Omega himself revealed that he'd been wrestling with vertigo for months.
