This week's AEW Dynamite will see many high-profile matches with high stakes. Claudio Castagnoli will take on Brody King in an AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match. The AEW Continental Classic Blue League match will feature Shelton Benjamin and Kyle Fletcher in one-on-one action.
Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, and 10 others will participate in the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal. PAC and Jay White will go head-to-head, and Swerve Strickland will take on Max Caster after their backstage fight last week.
Tony Khan could add more matches to the December 4 edition of Dynamite. He could also pull some twists on the show. Let's discuss what those might be.
Former WWE writer buries Judgment Day HERE
#1. Jay White could steal a win against PAC
Jay White was one of the men who tried to ambush Jon Moxley at AEW Full Gear. As a result, he was assaulted by The Death Riders on Dynamite last week. He is out for revenge and will face one of his attackers on Wednesday.
Switchblade will take on one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions, PAC on Dynamite. He could steal a win against The Death Riders member. This would earn him his vengeance and intensify his budding rivalry with Mox.
#2. Max Caster might turn heel
In the past few weeks, AEW has been hinting at a character change for Max Caster. He and his Acclaimed partner Anthony Bowens are having trouble coordinating. He is slated to face Swerve Strickland who attacked him on the flagship show last week after he insulted him.
The fans could see The Realest Star decimating Caster during their match. A loss could be in store for The Acclaimed member which might drive him over the edge and turn him heel.
#3. Shelton Benjamin might squash Kyle Fletcher
Shelton Benjamin from The Hurt Syndicate and Kyle Fletcher from The Don Callis Family will square off in a Continental Classic Blue League match on Dynamite. The Gold Standard has already won his first match in the league where he beat Mark Briscoe in under 12 minutes. He could register another win for himself this week and given his sheer strength, he could dominate Fletcher to squash him.
#4. Another blow to Adam Cole
Adam Cole has been dying to get his hands on MJF. He couldn't wrestle The Salt of the Earth at AEW Full Gear. Instead, his faction mate Roderick Strong got the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately, Friedman seemingly broke his arm.
The Panama City Playboy hoped to win the Diamond Dozen Battle Royal to earn a match against The Wolf of Wrestling so that he could seek revenge for Strong. Kyle wanted to do the same and thus, entered the battle royal after Cole.
That said, Adam Cole could receive another blow on Dynamite. Just like last time, Kyle O'Reilly could end up grabbing the win and go on to face MJF, leaving Cole unhappy and dissatisfied once again.
