WWE's flagship show, RAW, will leave the USA Network and move to Netflix in 2025. In 2024, the global sports entertainment juggernaut signed a 10-year deal with the worldwide streaming service, a major step toward introducing pro wrestling to new fans.

Meanwhile, AEW signed a massive four-year deal with WBD a few months ago. As part of this deal, Dynamite and Collision will air on TNT and Max, a popular streaming platform. The Jacksonville-based promotion will kick off the deal on January 1, 2025, with the first show, Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen.

WWE has announced massive matches for the premiere episode of RAW on Netflix. Marquee and intense matches like Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk and Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa will take place. With a massive move to Netflix, RAW will feature a strong roster to attract new viewers.

While the company has a vast roster, let's look at some AEW names that would be an instant fit for RAW on Netflix.

#5 Malakai Black #4 Brody King and #3 Buddy Matthews - House of Black

Malakai Black wrestled as Aleister Black in the Stamford-based promotion. He made a name for himself on the NXT brand. He is currently signed to AEW. His presentations in both promotions have been excellent. Since becoming All Elite, he has been joined by Buddy Matthews and Brody King.

RAW on Netflix could use House of Black on their show due to their unique style and character. The eerie ambiance could easily attract non-wrestling viewers.

#2. Danhausen

The Very Nice, Very Evil star was a massive deal in AEW for his return. After being absent for almost one year, Danhausen returned to the Final Battle pay-per-view. He received a huge pop from the crowd. He is highly active on social media, which may be a plus point for the company as many already know him.

A few years ago, WWE personalities offered him a role in a non-TV show, but the idea didn't go anywhere. The Stamford-based promotion could benefit from signing Danhuasen, as his contract with AEW expires in 2025.

#1. Mercedes Mone fka Sasha Banks in WWE

Since joining the company in March 2024, The CEO has become one of the top stars of All Elite Wrestling. She has held the TBS Championship and the NJPW Strong Women's Championship for several months. Before her success in AEW, she was a top star in the global sports entertainment juggernaut.

It would be interesting to see Mercedes Mone jump ship to WWE as The CEO rather than 'The Boss' Sasha Banks. With her outspoken persona, the TBS Champion is one of the most suited stars for a platform like Netflix.

It will be interesting to see if Triple H offers a contract to other free agents later in the year who he believes would be a fit for Nexflix's RAW.
