#2 Former AEW Women's Champion Riho (24)
Riho is 24 years old and so impressive in the ring that AEW decided to have her as their first women's champion. Her maturity in the squared circle is her extensive experience of being a professional wrestler. Riho has been wrestling for a decade and a half at this point, as her debut was in 2006 when she was nine years old!
Riho's title reign was not well received and she has moved to the sidelines in a women's division ruled by a dentist well versed in the psychology of wrestling. However, she is still young and has a lot of time to win the title back and bowl over her detractors.

#1 Anna Jay (23)
The Dark Order is a bit scattered right now, yet it is full of lovable characters. While John Silver may go on to become the biggest star to emerge from the faction, Anna Jay cannot be kept out of the equation. At 23 years old, Jay has become an AEW mainstay barely two years since her first pro wrestling match.
She has already challenged for the AEW women's title in a losing effort. Her main goal these days is to unify The Dark Order, and once the faction finds stability, Jay can look forward to carving her name in the burgeoning women's division. If she manages to develop her personality and in-ring skills, the sky is the limit.
