MJF is quite possibly the most hated wrestler in AEW at the moment. When he first started out in the promotion, MJF teamed up with Cody Rhodes and was a part of his entourage.
Did you know a top WWE Superstar just wrestled outside the company? More details HERE
Deep down, the majority of the fans knew that it was only a matter of time before MJF would betray Cody. But the former's heel turn certainly took everyone by surprise, mostly because of the timing of it and how brilliantly it was executed.
Despite having unsuccessfully challenged for the AEW World Championship once, MJF remains at the top of his game currently. After a brief run in The Inner Circle, MJF broke away from the faction and formed his very own group in AEW, The Pinnacle.
The faction consisting of FTR, Tully Blanchard, Shawn Spears, and Wardlow have taken AEW by storm. A recent win over The Inner Circle at Blood and Guts set The Pinnacle up nicely for further glory in AEW and the faction's leader MJF certainly remains in prime position to win the AEW World Championship in the near future.
