#2. AEW's other comedic act, The Dark Order
AEW's main comedic talent has come mainly from the Dark Order. After the unfortunate passing of Brodie Lee in 2020, the once-heel group became fan-favorite characters almost overnight. As part of their new presentation, they displayed increasingly humorous personalities more than ever.
As a comedic wrestler, the possibility of Danhausen meeting any one of the Dark Order's numerous members is endless. Just imagine what sort of on-screen shenanigans he'd get up to when encountering World Champion Hangman Page.
Or, imagine the epic showdown when the Very Evil One crosses paths with John Silver. Much like the famous Big Show-Brock Lesnar match on Smackdown, the ring could explode from so much on-screen charisma.
#1. Darby Allin and Sting
Sting and Darby Allin are no strangers to performing with comedic wrestlers despite their outwardly serious nature. For example, recall Sting's hilarious encounter with Orange Cassidy, with the Stinger receiving and trading some Freshly Squeezed hard-hitting kicks.
As Danhausen is a similarly comedic-style wrestler as Cassidy, the decision to have him one day appear alongside Sting and Darby Allin is a fitting one. Like Malakai Black, Danhausen's gimmick slightly mirrors the two wrestlers, which he could reference and comment upon when they finally meet.
