5 AEW wrestlers who would be perfect for the "Danielson Dojo"

#2. CM Punk

CM Punk is a notable AEW talent who - like Danielson and Moxley - was a fan-favorite world champion in WWE. Similarly, he wants to work with young talent and coach them to superstardom.

Prior to joining AEW, Punk praised guys like Darby Allin and Powerhouse Hobbs, hailing them as the future of pro wrestling. Upon signing with the company, the Straight Edge Superstar immediately started working with new and rising stars, lending them legitimacy through their matchups together.

In essence, Punk's positive views of young AEW talent are similar to that of Danielson's. Both wrestlers have praised the promotion's rookies and stated their intentions to help develop them into stars.

That being said, it would seem a natural decision to have Punk join the Danielson Dojo as a fellow mentor, similar to Moxley. All three men have history together, after all.

#1. Miro

Miro is easily one of the most underrated wrestlers in AEW. The Bulgarian bruiser had a rocky start in the company through his program with Kip Sabian. But after splitting with Sabian and capturing the TNT Championship, the Redeemer truly came into his own.

However, since losing the TNT title to Guevera back in September, Miro has unfortunately rarely been seen on TV. He seems to have become lost in the roster for the moment, having been overshadowed by recent arrivals like Adam Cole, Keith Lee, and Andrade.

With seemingly no storyline set for him, having Miro join Danielson's Dojo as a mentor figure would seem the best fit for now. Putting it simply, Miro is just too good a talent to waste. Having him on TV in any capacity - especially alongside fellow veterans like Moxley and Danielson - would be a treat for AEW fans.
