Orange Cassidy is one of the most popular babyfaces in all of AEW. His laidback persona and antics have made him a fan favorite. After his in-ring debut at Revolution 2020, the company had to figure out the right feud to continue his momentum.

Chris Jericho was one of the biggest stars in all of wrestling and a legend with gold wherever he has been. After losing the AEW World Championship, The Inner Circle leader's next feud was going to be significant.

Jericho initially didn't see much in the Orange Cassidy character, but his popularity changed his mind and made him realize his potential.

The two men traded wins in the summer of 2020. With their series tied at one match apiece, a showdown would occur at AEW All Out 2020. But Chris Jericho didn't just want any bout. He created the Mimosa Mayhem Match. Cassidy was known for his orange juice, while Le Champion was famous for a Little Bit of the Bubbly. This made the perfect setting for their blowoff.

The winner of this matchup was the man who dumped their opponent into the pool of mimosa at ringside. This was a unique spectacle that was unlike anything that had been seen in AEW before.

With Jericho on the top rope, Cassidy nailed him with the Orange Punch, leading to The Inner Circle leader falling back first into the pool of mimosa. Cassidy scored the biggest win of his career over Jericho.
