#2 SCU earned a huge opportunity by winning AEW's Four-Way Tag Team Eliminator match
This week's AEW Dynamite featured a four-way contest between the top-ranked tag teams in the promotion.
Ranked in fourth position, The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) fired some shots against their opponents before the match could even start. Number three ranked Varsity Blonds (Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison) and number two ranked Jurassic Express (Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy) also took part in the match.
But the top-ranked team, SCU (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian), ended up winning the four-way eliminator bout after Kazarian pinned Pillman. Next week, SCU will get a shot at The Young Bucks' AEW World Tag Team Championships.
Unlike the TNT title scenario, it seems pretty obvious in this case that The Young Bucks will retain their titles next week. Matt and Nick Jackson became fully invested in their heel personas not too long ago.
Additionally, the two brothers also teased a future clash against Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston, which will likely involve the titles as well.
