Cody Rhodes and QT Marshall were booked to wrestle in an exhibition match on AEW Dynamite this week, with Arn Anderson as the special guest referee.

QT did not get his own entrance, which was a good sign of things to come. The match started off as a friendly tussle, as members of Cody and QT's Nightmare Family surrounded the ring. However, the bout gradually evolved into a heated confrontation on AEW Dynamite.

QT lost his cool at one point and suckered Arn Anderson with a cheap shot. As members of the Nightmare Family entered the ring, a few stars surprisingly turned on their allies. The people who took QT's side helped him decimate Cody and his remaining allies:

As QT was about to cause further damage to Cody's injured arm, Red Velvet came out to stop him immediately.

QT Marshall's heel turn has changed the landscape of the Nightmare Family for good. Cody Rhodes and QT's dynamic as best friends has been destroyed, and the two stars must soon face each other in an intense showdown.
