#4 Former AEW TNT Champion Miro
Miro has been a revelation in AEW since the debut of his God's Favorite gimmick. He not only became an AEW TNT Champion but managed to radiate the aura of an undefeatable monster before losing the championship to Sammy Guevara.
Since then, Miro has done nothing except for a cryptic promo. He could've easily been included in the Eliminator Tournament, in which he would certainly be a major favorite.

AEW possibly wants someone like Moxley or Bryan to win and are protecting Miro from another loss.
#3 AEW star John Silver
AEW provided 10 from Dark Order a golden opportunity to participate in the Eliminator Tournament. His journey to the depths of the tournament is unlikely, considering he will face Jon Moxley in his first-round match-up. However, John Silver could have done a lot more with the slot.
A standout amongst the members of The Dark Order, John Silver is loved by the AEW faithful and is cheered in every arena. Silver and Reynolds have never been seen as legitimate contenders for the company's tag titles, and the performance of a spirited single against a top star could have changed their predicament.
