The Inner Circle found new members in MJF and Wardlow!

The Inner Circle was one of the first factions on AEW programming. It consists of Chris Jericho, Santana and Ortiz, Jake Hager, and Sammy Guevara. Recently, MJF and his associate Wardlow joined the faction after defeating Chris Jericho at Full Gear much to the dismay of the other members, especially Guevara.

This tension within the faction could come to a head with the introduction of a trios championship. Chris Jericho and Jake Hager have competed as a tag team recently. Santana and Ortiz could pursue the traditional tag team championship and Wardlow would work as more of a bodyguard. That leaves two possibilities for the third member, either Sammy Guevara or MJF. With this premise, AEW could capitalize on the rivalry between the two up-and-comers even more.

As evident in their recent Las Vegas sketches, the star power of The Inner Circle would bring drama and humor to the trios division.
