#2 The women of AEW need another title to chase.
WWE is so vast that it has three titles for women to chase. Since AEW is still figuring out its women's division, it's understandable that it only has one belt in comparison.
But as AEW continues to grow and turns its weaknesses into strengths, there will be a need for another women's title. Over the past weeks, fans have witnessed several women team up as the Casino Battle Royale approaches.
Allie and Penelope Ford have joined forces while Anna Jay returned to the aid of her friend Tay Conti. All four women are in the battle royale.
Britt Baker has had Rebel by her side for a year. Jamie Hayter recently returned to AEW to join forces with Baker. Even Nyla Rose and Jade Cargill teamed up backstage to attack Thunder Rosa. Creating an AEW Women's Tag Team Championship might be a good decision now.
It would be hard to book two singles titles in one women's division. For that reason, having at least a set of tag team belts for the women would make some sense.
It would give even more credibility to why so many women are meaning up lately. Tag Team titles could also allow stars that aren't as big as Baker or Hikaru Shida a chance to be a Champion in AEW.
The men have three titles in AEW. In comparison, women have one. With evolving times and talent coming into their own, women are more than deserving of having another title in the promotion.
