#2 Mark Henry shockingly signs with AEW
When AEW announced the signing of Paul Wight, fka The Big Show, the wrestling world was left shocked as everyone expected Big Show to be a "WWE lifer". There were no rumors or speculations of him joining AEW, which proved one thing that anything can happen in the current pro wrestling industry.
Another such name who many consider being a "WWE lifer" is former World Champion Mark Henry. The World's Strongest Man last appeared for WWE on RAW Legend's Night earlier this year - the night which also saw Big Show's final WWE appearance.
Recently, speaking on the Busted Open Radio, Mark Henry stated that he is planning to return to the ring for one more match in the next six months.
"Now, I'm walking on two feet, and I'm 325 pounds. I'm lighter, trimmer than I've ever been, and I plan on having a match sometime in the next six months."
Could he appear this Sunday at AEW Revolution 2021 and sign a contract with the promotion? AEW could surely play on the massive history between Henry and Paul Wight, aka The Big Show.
