AEW's Proud and Powerful could be the only credible babyface team left who haven't had an opportunity at the Young Bucks' tag team title.

Their alliance with the Inner Circle has probably kept them away from chasing the AEW tag team titles. But things could change this time around as they have now got the services of Mexican legend Konnan.

Last week, FTR brutally assaulted Konnan to intensify their feud with Proud and Powerful. Their top priority right now must be to seek revenge. But once their current rivalry is over, they could go after the Young Bucks.

One shouldn't forget that Proud and Powerful have tasted the tag team gold before. During their time in IMPACT Wrestling, Santana and Ortiz have held the tag team title on four occasions.

Surprisingly, AEW hasn't pushed their tag team trump card to the top yet. It's still not too late to pull the trigger, though. Satana and Ortiz could become the AEW tag team champions by knocking the Young Bucks off their perch to kick start a long run with the belts.
