WWE recently let go stars such as Baron Corbin, Tegan Nox, and Indi Hartwell. Due to various reasons, several stars in Triple H's roster are underutilized, and they could soon look to leave the company and join other promotions, one option among which is obviously AEW.

That said, here are the names of five underutilized stars under The Game who could jump ship to Tony Khan's promotion soon:

#1. Sheamus

Sheamus had an underwhelming run this year. The Irish legend returned from a serious neck injury in April 2024. Since then, he has been fairly regular on WWE TV. The Celtic Warrior competed in the World Heavyweight Title Number One Contender's Fatal Four-Way Match last night on RAW but came up short with Bronson Reed interfering in the contest.

Despite being a regular on television, WWE couldn't find a compelling storyline for him. He inked a new five-year deal with the Stamford-based promotion back in September but could sever his ties with the promotion because he was not utilized properly.

#2. AJ Styles

AJ Styles didn't have an eventful year in 2024 except when he went against Cody Rhodes at Backlash: France, and at Clash at the Castle: Scotland for the Undisputed Universal Championship. Unfortunately, he lost both times.

While he was regular on live shows, he has been seen only a few times in weekly TV programming since he feuded with The American Nightmare. The Phenomenal One has accomplished almost everything there was to in WWE and it seems like there is not much for him to do in the promotion. This might be why he is not being used properly.

The star has also been sidelined with an injury since his feud against Rhodes. He did recently return to programming but was injured again.

Given his situation, he could jump ship to AEW, start fresh, and accomplish new things. Plus, he can also have plenty of dream matches.

#3. Omos

Omos is another star who is highly underutilized in WWE. The fans last saw him inside the squared circle at Friday Night SmackDown in April when he participated in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, which Bronson Reed won.

In an exclusive Q&A on the Six Feet Under podcast, he stated that he is ready to return to the ring and can take whatever's thrown at him. A return to the WWE ring may not be likely, which might compel him to knock on Tony Khan's door.

"Getting the comfort of speaking out in front of the crowd. All the house shows that I did last year. I think that actually helped me a lot in my growth and I think going forward, I am ready for whatever is thrown at me," he said.

#4. Shinsuke Nakamura

For the past six months, Shinsuke Nakamura has only done dark matches of live shows. His last bout on TV was on Monday Night RAW in April, where he lost a singles match against Sheamus.

Despite being an accomplished superstar, the Stamford-based promotion lacks creative ideas for him. He signed a multi-year deal with WWE back in 2019 which might mean that his contract may end soon. If this happens, he might be happy to jump ship to AEW where he can join as a top star in the promotion.

#5. Mia Yim

Over the last few months, Mia Yim (Michin) was involved in a rivalry with Nia Jax and Chelsea Green on separate occasions. She defeated Green in a Dumpster match and was gaining immense popularity among the fans after being a part of the O.C. faction alongside Styles and The Good Brothers.

However, in recent weeks Michin has barely done anything on WWE programming. Despite her enjoyable feud with Green, it did not propel her to the women's title scene and she does not seem to be getting any closer to Nia Jax.

It has been a month since the fans saw her on TV. As The Game has found it hard to think of an interesting storyline for her, she might not continue her journey in the promotion and could look to join AEW.
