#1. AEW prediction - Cesaro

AEW is not short of world class talent. But Cesaro is without a doubt one of the best wrestlers on the planet. WWE fans are desperate to see the Swiss Superman in the main event scene, getting the push he deserves. In WWE, that just hasn't happened for him and it remains very unlikely that it ever will.

There was a glimmer of hope in this past year's WrestleMania, when Cesaro put on a star-making performance against Seth Rollins. That led the former US Champion to a world title opportunity against Roman Reigns. But he also fell short and has slipped back down the card ever since. Cesaro ends 2021 in a midcard feud with longtime rival Sheamus once back and we're back to square one.

In AEW, it's easy to imagine Cesaro as a major star. He could have a 5-star classic with Kenny Omega or test his mettle against former colleague Bryan Danielson once more.

Now entering his early 40's, the window is getting shorter for Cesaro to win that elusive world championship. Perhaps AEW would be the company to award that accolade to him.

Cesaro does appear to be fairly content in his current WWE role, but it is without a shadow of a doubt that he deserves a world title reign at some point in his career.
