Later that year, Moxley and Mysterio were opponents in three other tag team matches. Moxley was on the winning side of two of them. Nonetheless, he lost the third in which he teamed up with his Shield teammates and The Wyatt Family to face Cody Rhodes, Goldust, CM Punk, The Usos, and Mysterio. Punk picked up the victory for his team after pinning Erick Rowan.
In January 2014, Mysterio teamed up with Daniel Bryan and Sheamus to face The Shield on SmackDown. Moxley and his teammates emerged victorious. A month later, The Master of the 619 teamed up with Big E and Kofi Kingston against The Shield once more. Again, Mysterio was on the losing side.
