#2 MJF to get a massive heel victory in AEW?
The MJF-Brian Pillman Jr. feud will likely culminate next week on AEW Dynamite during Grand Slam week. While their rivalry only began last week, it has already gotten heated.
MJF hasn't pulled away from any punches against Pillman Jr., openly insulting his famil. It got personal, and this week on AEW Dynamite, Pillman Jr. got the better of both MJF and Wardlow.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
While Wardlow was sent to confront Brian Pillman Jr., the latter tricked both men and entered the ring another way. Wardlow came back and looked like he would begin a beatdown on Pillman Jr., but heThe Varsity Blonds member managed to send Wardlow over the top rope.
Next week on the AEW Dynamite special, MJF takes on Brian Pillman Jr. Unfortunately for the son of the wrestling legend, MJF is far likelier to pick up a win.
#1 Jon Moxley and The Suzuki incident
Last week's episode of AEW Dynamite was primarily focused on the Jon Moxley-Minoru Suzuki match. Not only this, but Moxley made a triumphant return to his hometown of Cincinnati and picked up the win over Suzuki in a match that didn't even last 10 minutes.
Suzuki's iconic "Kaze Ni Nare" theme song was cut off, and it's now hilariously being referred to as "The Suzuki Incident." It picked up on social media, and commentators, including CM Punk, addressed it as a "sensitive" matter.
AEW has now used this angle to get Suzuki back on Dynamite. Lance Archer, a Suzuki-Gun member, said that Minoru Suzuki felt slighted over the fact that his theme song was cut.
Not only this, but he accused Jon Moxley of having all sorts of favorable conditions, including his home field advantage.
In the main event of Dynamite this week, Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston defeated 2point0 before getting confronted by Suzuki and Archer.
A brawl ended the show, and it's almost hilarious how AEW used a single moment to extend the angle.
