AEW Star CM Punk is married to former WWE Superstar AJ Lee

Former WWE Superstar CM Punk has finally returned to pro wrestling after seven years of retirement. He was one of WWE's top superstars when he decided to walk away following his participation in the 2014 Royal Rumble match. Since then, he insisted on many occasions that he was not interested in returning to the squared circle.

The Best in the World recently changed his mind and signed for All Elite Wrestling. He made his debut a few hours ago on AEW Rampage.

Punk earned his place on this list because he is married to former WWE Superstar AJ Lee. Lee is arguably one of the best female wrestlers in the company's history. She won the Divas Championship three times before following her husband out of the company and announcing her retirement in April 2015.

Following her retirement from pro wrestling, Lee became a writer. She published her memoir "Crazy Is My Superpower: How I Triumphed by Breaking Bones, Breaking Hearts, and Breaking the Rules" in 2017. She has also worked with Aimee Garcia on other publications such as "GLOW vs. The Babyface" and "Dungeons & Dragons: At the Spine of the World."

It is unknown if Lee would like to join her husband in AEW. However, pro wrestling fans would probably be thrilled if she decides to return to in-ring competition.
