8. Christian Cage (AEW Record: 10-3)
Last years ranking: Not ranked
Christian Cage's AEW debut was somewhat of a shock at first. Christian seemingly retired in 2014 due to problems with multiple concussions, but didn't confirm those reports until 2017. After a short return to the WWE in 2020, Cage's contract expired after he competed in the 2020 Royal Rumble.
When he appeared in AEW, Cage went on a 10 match win streak which was enough to get him an AEW World Championship match against Kenny Omega.

Before said match, Cage defeated Omega to become the Impact World Champion on the first episode of Rampage. Since being in the company, Cage has shown that he can really "outwork everyone" and his only 3 losses have come from some form of The Elite.
7. Tay Conti (AEW Record: 42-7)
Last years ranking: Not Ranked
Tay Conti's AEW run has been sneekily incredible. While she hasn't been apart of many high profile feuds, her 42 wins are good enough for third highest in the women's division. Even with most of those wins coming on Dark and Dark: Elevation, it shows that the company has big plans for Conti in the future.
Since joining the company, Conti has faced Serena Deeb for the NWA World Women's Championship, and Hikaru Shida for the AEW Women's World Championship both in losing efforts. Conti holds a black belt in judo, and a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has shown flashes of greatness in the ring dating back to her NXT days. It is obvious that AEW is high on Conti up until this point.
